Will Drafting
It is always our advice to draft separate Wills for each jurisdiction. Whilst it is possible to draft one document for each jurisdiction, we find that these can become overly complicated (so increasing the overall cost) and there is a risk of administrative delays and confusion when the time comes to distribute the estate.
Such delays can, on some occasions and in some jurisdictions, lead to financial penalties if the strict deadlines applicable are not met. Furthermore, many jurisdictions outside of the UK struggle with the concept of trusts which we sometimes refer to in the English Wills because they are a useful vehicle to achieve your desired result.
